Preview only — not affiliated with or endorsed by these platforms. These are neutral mock-ups, and each app draws characters with its own fonts, so the real result can differ slightly.
Pick a letter style, weave a symbol between the characters, then wrap the whole thing in a frame. Everything updates as you choose.

Before you fall in love with a style, work out which field you are filling in. Platform usernames — the unique @handle — almost always restrict you to letters, numbers, dots and underscores. Display names, nicknames and in-game names are far more relaxed and are where styled text belongs.
Length limits bite here too. Name fields are short, and styled letters from the mathematical block can count double on some platforms, so a name that fits in plain text may be rejected once styled.
Ornamental frames such as ꧁ ꧂ became popular in mobile games because they make a short name feel like a title. They also eat characters and can render as boxes on desktop. If the name has to work in a leaderboard, a friend list and a chat window, a single strong letter style usually beats a frame.
When you do frame a name, one wrapper is enough. Use the decoration builder below to combine a letter style with a wrapper and copy the finished result in one step.
If you use the same name on several platforms, pick one letter style and reuse it. Consistency is what makes a name recognisable — and because these are characters rather than fonts, the same styled name pastes identically into every app that accepts it.
Not the @username — both restrict it to letters, numbers, periods and underscores. The display name above your bio accepts styled Unicode, and that is what people actually see on your profile.
Many games validate names against a small allowed character set, and some reject anything outside basic Latin. Roblox is strict; Free Fire, PUBG Mobile and Steam are generally permissive.
Mentions use the underlying username, not the display name, so tagging keeps working. What breaks is search by plain spelling, since the styled characters do not match the letters people type.
Small caps and bold keep short names crisp. Blackletter and script look better with four or more letters, because their flourishes need room to be recognisable.
Yes, and one symbol is usually plenty. Pick a wrapper in the decoration builder, or copy a single symbol from the library and paste it in front of the name.
